Autobiographical Comics
(3/26/25 - Ongoing)
Ink, Gel Pen, Sketch Paper, Published Digitally, Various Sizes
Autobiographical comics featuring my artist sona, Bug! People who appear in these comics are transformed into "Little Guys," animal and bug-like caricatures specially designed to represent individual people.
Bug Pinups
(4/23/25)
Graphite, Sketch Paper, Cardstock, Various Sizes
Single-page comic pinups featuring Bug in a more anthropomorphic, human-like shape. The sensuality of each overly-cutesy pose and outfit juxtaposes with the accompanying bubble-lettered caption. Each caption states a silly yet common character flaw, making the entire piece less sexy and more ridiculous... and each caption is something true about me!
Bug's Big Book of Gender Envy
(6/3/25)
Ink, Sketch Paper, Cardstock, Blizzard Book, 5.75 x 3.25 In,
16 Inserts
"Do I wanna kiss them? Or do I wanna be them?" Open Bug's closet and pull out 16 inserts, each showcasing a cosplay of a character that has given me gender envy, with a wild and weird description of whatever gender I'm envying on the back. This blizzard book can be interacted with in any order, and when closed it creates the trans flag!

(2/18/25)
Ink, Copy Paper, Cardstock, Envelope Pamphlet Stitch, 2.75 x 2.75 In,
20 Pages
One panel per hour, depicting how my day went on February 1st, 2025. Start Bug's day by waking them up and untucking them from bed, then end it by tucking them back in for sleep.
Cringetober 2024 Zine
(10/31/24)
Digital, Copy Paper, Staple-Bound, 5.5 x 4.25 In, 40 Pages
One wonderfully cringe drawing for every day of October, all inspired by an equally cringe-worthy prompt! This year's drawings were particularly inspired by Dungeon Meshi (especially one particular lockpick).
Stream-of-Consciousness Comics
(7/25/24 - Ongoing)
Ink, Gel Pen, Cardstock, Various Sizes
Comics drawn completely freehand with no planning. Starting with one central idea in the middle, each piece has it's point expanded upon until everything I want to say has been said and the entire page is full. In the end, a single-page comic composition has been created.

Mae and Friends Zine

2nd Edition (9/7/24)
Ink, Digital Coloring, Natural Text Weight Paper, Staple-Bound, 7.5 x 5.5 In, 14 Pages
This zine is a combination of two short comics; “So, You Want to be a Maid?” and “Magic.” The first comic paints a picture of what it’s like working as a maid in the Seiki kingdom. There, lower class women didn’t have many options for work, so they’d usually end up being the help for higher class Seiki. Unfortunately, Elise has to resort to responding to an ad for a maid position under Thatcher, but the job is oppressive- and even dangerous. The second comic features a loving poem Joel wrote about his wife, Mae.
This comic has also been published in The Procrastinating Writers Union's "Long-Winded Anthology."
